About

I am currently working as a Research Fellow at the Center for International Development at Harvard University. I am primarily focused on engagements with the governments of Sri Lanka and Albania as part of the Building State Capability program. Prior to joining CID, I worked as an economist for the Ministry of Finance in Timor-Leste where I advised on fiscal policy. I graduated from Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government with an MPA in International Development. I spent nearly four years living in Azerbaijan where I worked at a small-business bank and served as a Community Economic Development Advisor with the United States Peace Corps. I have a BA in Economics from the University of Miami and I am originally from the Pacific Northwest.
